Artists & Makers Registration

OPENS ON SEPTEMBER 1

45th Fall Clay & Glass Festival

Saturday, November 21, 2026
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Redeemer Church | 1084 W. Bullard Ave., Fresno, CA

Who Can Apply?

All artists and makers are welcome to apply!

New Exhibitors will be asked to provide photographs of their work with their application so SJCGA can confirm that their work is a good fit for the Clay & Glass Festival.

We want our festival to reflect the creativity and diversity of the clay and glass community, and we welcome artists working in a wide range of styles, techniques, and creative approaches.

Returning Exhibitors receive priority for booth assignments. We’ll do our best to accommodate booth location requests, but specific locations cannot be guaranteed.

What Can You Sell?

We love clay. We love glass. And we want shoppers to find plenty of it!

All work must be original, handcrafted work created by the Exhibitor.

Every item displayed or offered for sale must be primarily made from fired clay or glass. Other materials may be incorporated, but clay or glass must be the primary material of the finished piece.

This is a retail marketplace, so Exhibitors should arrive with a meaningful selection of finished work available for immediate purchase.

Your booth should not be primarily a display of samples for work that is only available by commission. Commissioned work is welcome as an additional offering alongside work that customers can purchase and take home that day.

Your Booth, Your Business

Exhibitors provide their own booth, tables, displays, shade, and other equipment needed for their space.

You are responsible for:

  • Setting up and breaking down your booth

  • Displaying and caring for your artwork

  • Handling your own sales and customer transactions

  • Providing your own payment system

  • Keeping your booth neat, safe, professional, and accessible

  • Taking all artwork, equipment, and personal property with you at the end of the event

Please plan to stay for the entire festival. Booths may not be dismantled before the official 3:00 PM closing time.

Fees, Registration & Sales

The booth fee is due when you register. Your application is not considered complete until payment is received.

Once your registration and payment have been received, SJCGA will review your application and send you an email confirming your acceptance and booth assignment.

If SJCGA determines that your work is not a fit for the Clay & Glass Festival, your booth fee will be refunded in full.

Please do not consider your space confirmed until you receive your official acceptance email from SJCGA.

All Exhibitors must have a valid California seller’s permit, when required by law, and are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.

In addition to the booth fee, Exhibitors pay SJCGA a 10% commission on gross festival sales. Commission is due immediately following the event unless another arrangement has been approved in advance.
