Be Part of the Clay & Glass Festival!
We’re excited to have you join us! The San Joaquin Clay & Glass Association’s Clay & Glass Festival brings together talented artists, enthusiastic shoppers, and our creative community for an incredible day celebrating handmade work. With more than 50 artists showcasing ceramics, blown glass, stained glass, sculpture, jewelry, home décor, and more, it’s a great opportunity to share your work, connect with new customers, and be part of one of Fresno’s favorite arts events.
Before completing your registration, please take a moment to review the Exhibitor Agreement. By registering, you agree to the terms outlined in the agreement, including booth fees and commissions, setup and breakdown requirements, display and sales guidelines, and policies designed to keep the festival safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.

Location: Redeemer Church, 1084 Bullard Ave., Fresno, CA
Event Hours: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
Weather: The festival will take place rain or shine.
Exhibitor Requirements
All work must be original, handcrafted work created by the Exhibitor.
Every item for sale or display must be primarily made from fired clay or glass. Other materials may be incorporated, but clay or glass must remain the primary material of the finished piece.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own booth equipment and displays.
Exhibitors are responsible for insuring their own artwork, merchandise, equipment, displays, and personal property. These items are not covered by SJCGA insurance. Insurance is not required to participate.
Fees & Commission
The $50 booth fee is due at registration. Space is not confirmed until payment is received.
Exhibitors must pay SJCGA a 10% commission on festival sales, due immediately following the event.
Booth fees are non-refundable after November 1, 2026.
New Exhibitor Requirements
New exhibitors may submit up to five photos of their work and, if available, photos of a previous booth setup/display.
All exhibitors must have a valid California Seller’s Permit. If you don’t already have one, you can apply through the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA).
The Clay & Glass Festival is open to California clay and glass artists, and all exhibitors must be SJCGA members. If you’re not yet a member, please join the SJCGA before registering for the festival.
We encourage all makers and artists to apply! The Clay & Glass Festival celebrates the unique talents, creative quirks, and fine art that make our artist community so special. We love one-of-a-kind work and the individuality that each artist brings to the festival.
